AIRCRAFT

Piper Saratoga

The Piper Saratoga is a six-seat, high-performance, single-engine aircraft produced by Piper Aircraft. From factory, it either features  retractable or fixed landing gear. It a spacious, comfortable cabin, configured in a 6 person club seating. It has a range of over 1,000 nautical miles and can cruise at speeds up to 150 knots. The Saratoga is known for its stability and handling, making it a popular choice for personal and business travel. It was first introduced in 1985 and was in production until 2009. The Saratoga is powered by a Lycoming IO-540-K1A5 engine, which provides 300 horsepower. It has a maximum takeoff weight of 3,800 pounds and a useful load of 1,400 pounds. It also features a state-of-the-art avionics suite, including a GPS navigation system and a digital autopilot, making it a perfect choice for Single Engine IFR flights. The Piper Saratoga is considered a high-performance aircraft that is suitable for personal and business travel. It has proven to be a reliable and durable aircraft with a long history of satisfied owners and pilots.
